CHALET!! firstly, i would like to apologize for this super late post! ): i was too busy that i forgot to get on with chalet preparations! :/ sooooooo... here are the details! :D chalet details! (: our long awaited holqa chalet will be at costa sands resort downtown east. the one which you have to pay $1 to enter the premise :D we have booked two rooms! i know it's small but bear with it kay. due to the stupid swine flu, many places were unavailable when we wanted to book our chalet. so now we can only stick to our booking. :/ STILL, thank you grace and your daddy for helping us ONCE AGAIN :D btw, the dates of the chalet is 7th to 9th JUNE 2009! :D money! -.- okay. the appointed loan sharks shall be me and one more person. i dunno who yet. but tentatively, just pass the money to me first. :D the amount of money to be collected will be: flat rate - $15 i'm not sure if this is too much or too little. but we will just collect this amount first. :D pass me the money when you're free or during lunch breaks or if you see me walk by and you have money just pay! :D my lunch breaks are as follow: monday, after 1pm. tuesday, from 12pm - 2pm. wednesday, from 12pm - 2 pm. thursday, after 1pm. friday, from 12pm - 4pm. i would normally be at lounge. so people if you want to pay me, you can go to sdc level 4 student lounge! or else you can give me a call. my number is 81869391. i really need everyone to be initiative and pass me the money kay. cause we are doing this rather last minute. :/ so i REALLY REALLY need EVERY HOLQA-IAN'S COOPERATION! :D COMMITEE! :D the following people offered to help me :D they are: CLAIREEN - FOODMIN CHRISTIAN - FOODMIN SIXIONG - FOODMIN MARCUS - PROGRAMME AND FOODMIN DENIS - PROGRAMME KOKSHENG - PROGRAMME JING XIANG - LOGISTICS! to jingxiang: since you're the only log, i guess you will be working very closely with the foodmin people. so prolly all the things like charcoal and trash bags and many other miscellaneous stuff will be bought togeher with the foodmin people kay :D to claireen, christian, sixiong and marcus: i will need you guys to help me comfirm attendance for chalet. we need to comfirm who are the ones EATING the food from the bbq so we can buy food accordingly. then during the 1st day of the chalet, we will have to prepare the food either during the night of 7th june, or we can chiong during the morning and afternoon of 8th june. BQQ WILL BE ON 8TH JUNE 2009, SECOND NIGHT OF THE CHALET! to denis and kok sheng: you can help us think of a theme for the chalet! :D also ask around to ask people to bring games for us to play. (: eg. mahjong! twister? cards! since no one else volunteered for programme, you two can ask the fellow year threes to help you think of stuff to do for chalet! :D so it's rather free and easyy :D soooo.. i hope this update is precise enough. people! start comfirming with me if you're coming and stayover! and start paying up! hahah!
